QR Codes
What does the QR code on my card do?
It opens whatever link you choose — your website, booking page, LinkedIn profile, or a digital contact card. You set the destination in the editor before you order, and the code on your printed cards keeps working even after you change the destination.
Can I update my QR code link after I have ordered?
Updating your QR destination is a Pro plan feature. With a Pro account, you can sign in at any time and change where your code sends people — a new campaign, a new landing page, or a new role — without ordering new cards. On the free plan, the QR destination is fixed at the URL you set before checkout.
Can I see how my QR code will look before I pay?
Yes. The editor shows a live preview of your card with the QR code positioned and sized for reliable scanning, so you know exactly what you are ordering before you check out.
What URL formats are supported for the QR code?
Any valid web URL works — https:// links, LinkedIn profiles, booking pages (Calendly, Cal.com, etc.), YouTube channels, and more. We recommend using https:// links for best compatibility across all QR scanner apps.
Is my QR code guaranteed to scan reliably?
We size and position QR codes on every card template to meet industry scanning standards. All cards are printed at high resolution with sufficient quiet zone (border) around the code. That said, scan reliability can depend on the scanning device and lighting conditions — we recommend testing your printed card with multiple QR scanner apps.
Ordering & Printing
How long does fulfilment take?
After your order is placed and your design passes review, production and shipping timelines depend on the options you choose at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.
What paper stock and finish options are available?
We offer premium paper stocks with matte and glossy finish options. The exact choices available are shown at checkout. Our default stock is a thick premium card with a smooth matte finish — ideal for professional networking.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change the printed artwork, contact us as soon as possible — we can help if your order has not yet gone to print. Updating the QR destination URL is always possible in your account, even after your cards arrive.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full batch?
We offer a small proof quantity at checkout so you can review print quality before ordering in bulk. Check the checkout page for the latest options.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. We are actively working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned for updates.
Account & Design
Do I need an account to design or order?
You can start designing right away without an account. We will prompt you to sign in or create an account when you are ready to save your work or complete checkout. Your account is also where you manage your QR code destination.
Can I save multiple card designs?
Yes. Your account dashboard stores all your saved designs (drafts). You can create designs for different roles, events, or brands and order any of them at any time.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. The editor lets you upload a logo or image file, which is then incorporated into your card design. For best results, upload a PNG or SVG with a transparent background.
What is the Pro plan?
The Pro plan unlocks dynamic QR redirect management (update your QR destination URL anytime), scan analytics, priority support, and access to additional premium templates. You can upgrade from your account dashboard.
Billing & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All prices are in AUD. Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are custom-printed, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you receive a defective order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Will I be charged before my order ships?
Yes, payment is taken at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order, not when it ships.
