1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on QRPath (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QRPath is an online platform that allows users to design, customise, and order printed business cards featuring branded QR codes. Our service includes design tools, order management, QR code generation, and optional dynamic QR redirect features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. We use Stripe for secure payment handling — your card details are never stored on our servers.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain ownership of any logos, images, or text you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are custom-printed, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you receive a defective order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. QR Code & Dynamic Redirect Features

QR codes generated for your cards encode a URL of your choosing. Pro plan subscribers may use our dynamic redirect feature to update the destination URL at any time. We do not guarantee uptime for redirect services but target 99.9% availability. We reserve the right to deactivate QR redirects on accounts that violate these terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use QRPath to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our platform.
• Use our service for spam or phishing campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
